BOOKING
Reservations are accepted online through the Reserve page of our official website. Please check availability and rates, then complete your booking.
You may pay in advance by credit card, or at the hotel by cash or credit card. The timing of payment may vary by plan.
Cancellation fees follow the cancellation policy of each accommodation plan. Conditions vary by plan and booking site, so please check the terms shown at the time of booking.
The Kyoto City accommodation tax is collected separately at the front desk at check-in. The amount is set per person, per night, according to the room rate. Please refer to the rates set by Kyoto City for details.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.
We may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. Please contact us in advance.
If your arrival will be delayed, please let us know in advance. If you do not arrive and we receive no notice, your reservation may be cancelled.
We are happy to keep your luggage at the front desk both before check-in and after check-out.
ROOMS
Every room has an indoor bath. Some room types also feature an open-air bath and sauna.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, in-room safe, hair dryer, yukata and towels, and a green tea and coffee set, among others.
It varies by room type, but each room accommodates up to 3 guests. Please see Rooms for details.
Children are welcome. Rates and arrangements vary by age and whether a child shares a bed, so please contact us before booking.
The entire building, including all guest rooms, is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the rooftop smoking area.
ACCESS
The nearest station is Gion-Shijo Station on the Keihan Main Line, about a 10-minute walk away. Routes for each line and mode of transport are shown on the Access page.
We have no private parking. If you come by car, please use a pay parking lot nearby.
Yasaka Shrine, Kenninji Temple, Hanamikoji Street, and other famous places of Gion and Higashiyama are within walking distance. Enjoy the depth of Kyoto between the moments of your stay.
