Formation of the Reservation	An accommodation contract is formed when, after you complete the reservation procedure, the Company’s prescribed confirmation is given (display of the reservation completion screen, or dispatch of a reservation confirmation email from the Company).
Cancellations and Changes	Cancellation fees and changes are handled in accordance with the cancellation policy shown on each accommodation plan page. If you cancel or change the number of guests on or after the prescribed date, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged. * Accommodation constitutes the “provision of services” under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and the cooling-off system (unconditional cancellation) does not apply.
