- Items to be entered in the guest register under the Hotel Business Act (name, address, contact details, occupation, etc.; and, for guests who do not have an address in Japan, nationality and passport number)
- Information provided through inquiries, questionnaires, and the like
- Information collected automatically when you use this website (IP address, cookies, browsing history, device and browser information, access logs, etc.)
- Video recorded by security cameras installed on the premises
3. Purposes of Use
The Company uses the personal information it collects within the scope of the following purposes.
- Accepting reservations, concluding and performing accommodation contracts, and providing accommodation services
- Settlement, billing, and refund of charges
- Preparing and retaining the guest register as required by the Hotel Business Act and other laws
- Responding to guests’ inquiries and requests
- Sending newsletters and information on campaigns and news (delivery will be stopped upon request)
- Improving the quality of the Service, developing new services, and analyzing usage
- Managing the operation of the facility, and reporting to and sharing information with the owner of the facility regarding its operation
- Ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its users
- Preventing fraudulent use and otherwise ensuring the proper operation of the Service
4. Provision to Third Parties
Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the guest’s prior consent.
- When required by law (including lawful requests under the Hotel Business Act or from the police or administrative authorities)
- When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the person’s consent is difficult
- When a guest has booked via an external booking site (OTA) or similar service, and information is shared with that operator to the extent necessary to fulfill the reservation
- When the business is succeeded due to a merger, business transfer, or other cause
5. Outsourcing of Personal Data Handling
The Company may outsource the following operations to external providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, in which case the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractors.
- Operation of the booking engine and site controller used to accept and manage reservations (including centralized management of reservation data from OTAs and other channels)
- Payment processing such as credit card settlement (outsourced to a payment service provider)
- Delivery of newsletters and similar communications
- Cleaning and operation of the facility and other operations incidental to the Service
6. Joint Use of Personal Data
The Company may jointly use guests’ personal data as follows for the management of the facility.
- Items of personal data jointly used: name, contact details, information on reservations and stays, etc.
- Scope of joint users: the Company and the owner of the facility (CPA Alliance Inc.)
- Purposes of use by the joint users: the purposes set out in “3. Purposes of Use” of this Policy (including management of the facility and reporting on its operation)

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

Specifically, we use Google Analytics to understand site usage, and advertising tags of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) for advertising.
